Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Post Graduated in Marketing or MIS from any renowned Public or Private university (North South, AIUB, IUB, BUP,AUST Students will get preference)
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing & Brand Management (PGDMBM) will get preference
∎ Completion of a pertinent sales qualification is preferred.
∎ Extensive experience (8-10 years) as an e-commerce manager.
∎ Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
∎ Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
∎ Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
∎ Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a highly coordinated e-commerce manager to oversee the development and utility of our company`s income-generating sites. The e-commerce manager will be required to conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence- based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics. In so doing, you should lead teams of staff, ensuring that you are available to furnish pertinent individuals with practical guidance, as required.
∎ To ensure success as an E-commerce Manager, you should remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce. Ultimately, a brilliant E-commerce manager will endeavor to enhance their skill set by continually learning about adjacent techniques that might improve collaboration between departments.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing online /E-commerce marketplace business for Daraz, Rokomari, Pandamart, but Mostly Daraz experience is preferred.
∎ Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
∎ Responsible for meeting set revenue and gross margin targets per SKU
∎ Experience in e-commerce payment reconciliation, deals, coupons, reviews & ratings, a+ content, catalogue improvement, keyword updating
∎ Experience in connecting with category spec at e-commerce portals.
∎ Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
∎ Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
∎ Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships that can help company grow and expand & Analyze financial reports and data to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address them.
∎ Promote company's brand and products through all aspects of e-commerce, including google & Facebook, Instagram ad campaigns, apps, email marketing, and social media calendar. Introduce new products and services that meet needs of market and align with company's mission and values.
∎ Experience in e-commerce payment reconciliation, deals, coupons, reviews & ratings, A1 content, catalogue improvement, keyword updating.
∎ Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
∎ Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
∎ Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
∎ Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
∎ Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Online presentation.
∎ Candidates with experience in relevant field will get preference.
∎ Candidate must have the mindset to work on under pressure.
∎ Open to travel within Bangladesh and outside of Bangladesh.
∎ Applicants must have Excellent Communication skills in English.
∎ Should be influencer & open for social media presence.
∎ Computer skill: Understanding and experience in, MS Word , Excel , Power Point, SEO, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Google Analytics, Google Affiliate Marketing and Digital Marketing.
