Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will lead the operation of XIAOMI MI Store.
∎ Look after day to day Brand Shop Channel Issues
∎ Partner Management
∎ Outlet expansion & sales monitoring
∎ Sales forecast and TGT achievement
∎ Agreement with Brand Outlet Partner or Landowner and maintain relationship with Brand Outlet owner/landowner.
∎ Vendor Management
∎ Daily Stock Checking & follow up to refill stock gap at stores.
∎ Store wise productivity Calculation & provided action plan accordingly.
∎ Standard Operating Process (SOP) implementation at Brand shop & monitoring as per guideline.
∎ ROI Calculation & action plan for business development.
∎ Reporting daily sales to Business Head/Head of Retail.
∎ Campaign development and communication
∎ Chain Retail & Key Account Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-7 years working experience as Retail Manager Telecommunication/Mobile Sector
∎ Must Be Able to Lead a Team
∎ Pragmatic, Pro-active, Problem Solver.
∎ Good knowledge of MS office package.

Salary: Negotiable
