Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth workflow.
∎ Develop and implement restaurant service standards, menus, and operational strategies.
∎ Lead, trained, and motivate the restaurant team to maintain high-quality service.
∎ Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel brand standards.
∎ Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and banquet teams for seamless F&B service.
∎ Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement.
∎ Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor restaurant sales, analyze financial performance, and implement revenue-boosting strategies.
∎ Plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing activities in coordination with the sales team.
∎ Maintain restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for guests.
