∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support and technical expertise for the secondary information research on understanding of contemporary issues, as identified;
∎ Draft comprehensive notes with analyses from secondary information, as collected;
∎ Perform routine assessments of literature, data, reports on contemporary issues, to provide discrete analysis in both written and verbal form;
∎ Provide routinely written assessments, demonstrating excellent analytical capabilities, organization, writing skills, and ability to accurately capture findings;
∎ Provide support to the team, as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to support and undertake desk research works with minimal supervision;
∎ Excellent report writing skills;
∎ Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and manage multiple responsibilities and projects in a very high-paced work environment;
∎ Team player with positive energy; willing and eager to learn; strong curiosity about human and societal issues and behaviors;
∎ Excellent people and communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with various segments of society;
∎ Knowledge of relevant stakeholders in Bangladesh including academics, government, and CSOs;
∎ Complete fluency in written and oral English and Bangla.
