∎ Ability to demonstrate how to efficiently manage multiple licensing processes concurrently, ensuring a high level of accuracy and compliance.
∎ Familiar with Bangladesh's regulatory environment is essential.
∎ Highly Skilled in MS Office Package (Specially Microsoft Excel, World and Power Point Presentation), Financial Analysis Tools, Graphical Presentation Tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ CCECC Bangladesh Limited is seeking a capable and experienced professional to lead its business diversification team. This role requires expertise in dealing with Regulatory Affairs for successful investment.
∎ Establish and maintain effective liaison with government and semi-government agencies, including Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA), NBR, and relevant ministries.
∎ Oversee the application, renewal, and compliance processes for a wide range of licenses and permits.
∎ Ensure timely renewal and submission of necessary documentation to maintain regulatory compliance.
∎ Coordinate with internal team to gather and prepare required documents for government submissions.
∎ Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and ensure the company is aligned accordingly.
∎ Obtain and renew licenses and approvals such as Trade License, Fire License, Factory License, Explosive License, BERC License, BIDA registration and amendments, CCI&E permissions, BTRC License, BSTI Certification, Department of Environment (DoE) clearances, industry association memberships, Narcotics License, Atomic Energy License, DGDA License, Boiler License, and BIWTA License.
∎ China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) has been completed and executing numerous EPC and construction Contract, covering transportation infrastructure, dredging, marine works, water and sanitation, and power & energy sectors since its inception in Bangladesh. Additionally, CCECC has set up its South Asian Regional Headquarters in Dhaka, Bangladesh overseeing business operations in Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar. The Corporate Development Division of the company now aims to build a specialized team to expand its investment business in the region.
