∎ Excellent proposal preparation, financial analysis, and bid management abilities.

∎ Strong communication, stakeholder coordination skills.
∎ Strong understanding of EPC+F and other form of contracts.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ CCECC Bangladesh Limited is seeking a capable and experienced professional to lead its renewable energy business. This role requires proven expertise in investment project development, proposal/bid preparation, financial analysis, stakeholder consultation, regulatory compliance and cross-sector project development.
∎ Sourcing and analyzing potential investment opportunities and traditional bidding projects in renewable energy sector.
∎ Preparation of EOIs, RFPs, investment proposal, prequalification documents, and technical proposals.
∎ Liaison with government and private bodies.
∎ Analysis of budgets, policy updates, public reports for investment proposal preparation.
∎ Development of the standard operating procedure for the application, renewal, and compliance of licenses/permits.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams to prepare documents, track regulatory updates, and maintain approvals.
∎ Preparation of JV agreements, Power of Attorney, affidavits or other legal documents.
∎ Collect, review, and interpret bid documents, terms, and conditions; create checklists, compliance matrices, and lead the team.
∎ Secure and manage Bid Security, Performance Guarantee, Line of Credit, and other bank-related documentation in line with tender requirements.
∎ Source technical products from global and local OEMs, obtain quotations, test reports, and authorization letters.
∎ Handle clarifications from the employer, resolve technical discrepancies and submit revised documents in compliance with entity requests.
∎ Conduct project site visits to collect data, prepare site reports, develop BOQs, and estimate civil construction costs.
∎ China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) has been completed and executing numerous EPC and construction Contract, covering transportation infrastructure, dredging, marine works, water and sanitation, and power & energy sectors since its inception in Bangladesh. Additionally, CCECC has set up its South Asian Regional Headquarters in Dhaka, Bangladesh overseeing business operations in Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar. The Corporate Development Division of the company now aims to build a specialized team to expand its investment business in the region.
