∎ Masters/ Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
∎ Guide fellow QC member accordingly to meet Quality Standard.
∎ Keep and update records of associated garments / factories.
∎ Ensure that the existing QMS satisfies the buyer.
∎ Confirm buyer's actual Specifications and ensure that buyer's specifications are properly understood.
∎ Ensure that production starts only when approved PP sample & swatch card at hand.
∎ Ensure that AQL of the company is properly maintained & exceeded.
∎ Ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documented.
∎ Take both preventive & remedial measures against occurrence of any defect.
∎ Ensure rigorous control of repairable & washable garments; rigorous control of rejects.
∎ Prepare a quality manual for the company so that company's quality policy & procedures are known to all and implemented at all levels.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 years of experience in related field out of which 1-2 years in similar role in any large RMG Industries
∎ Pro-active, independent, enthusiastic and result oriented
∎ Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
∎ Vast knowledge on all compliance of ACCORD & ALLIANCE of Quality parameters
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness, leadership ability and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
