Job Context:
∎ S. A GROUP OF INDUSTRIES is looking for an experienced person for the position of Manager (QC). in its Factory, Chattogram.
∎ Job Location: Chattogram (the applicant should be able to commit to Stay longer period of time in Chattogram)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be responsible in receiving and managing, packaging items and materials as per quality specifications.
∎ Should be able to carry out all kinds of testing to ensure that the products are according to BSTI specifications.
∎ Day-to-Day activities of Quality Control Department:
∎ Conduct Product Tests and Assessments.
∎ Identify Product Defects.
∎ Record and Report issues.
∎ Support Process Improvements.
∎ Responsible for the investigation of OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend). Deviations, Lab-
∎ oratory Occurrences and Incidents as per the controlled procedures.
∎ Ensuring the cleanliness of the instruments and work place.
∎ Carryout HPLC (High-performance liquid chromatography) analysis of In-Process, Raw material, ln-
∎ termediates, finished products and stability samples as per the controlled method Of analysis.
∎ Recording the analysis details in respective work book and other relevant log book for each analysis.
∎ Coordinate customer visits and audits.
∎ Daily calibration of analytical balances.
∎ Any other relevant work assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years working experience.
∎ Strong leadership quality with good communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have experience in FMCG sectors, preferably in condensed milk, water, oil, flour, salt and paper
∎ sector.
