Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensure the quality of Products.
∎ Maintain Strong liaison with cutting, sewing, and finishing section to ensure quality perfectly.
∎ Definition of required quality characteristics and quality level.
∎ Establishment of revised quality control procedures.
∎ Evaluation of sampling levels & selection of examination points.
∎ Calculation of appropriate manning levels.
∎ Specifications with tolerances.
∎ Fabric and trimming to specification.
∎ Appropriate machinery in good condition.
∎ Correct methods and good training. Properly selected and trained examiners. Standard examination procedures with suitable equipment.
∎ Rapid feedback of information, checked against results. Checking the efficiency of the examination.
∎ Seeking out trouble spots.
∎ Comparing defect-ratios with budgets.
∎ Comparing the costs of prevention with those of poor work.
∎ Give the clearance for export.
∎ QMS Concerns Responsibilities:
∎ Check and Preserve all Reports and documents.
∎ Maintain the record and follow the control documents.
∎ Maintain quality of work and follow the legal standards and compulsions.
∎ EMS Concerns Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to ensure all safety and cleanliness of his department.
∎ Prevent wastage's and strive for recycling from the waste items.
∎ Keep the environment clean.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good computer literacy especially MS Outlook, MS office, Internet.
∎ Must have good command over spoken & written English and effective interpersonal and communication skill.
