∎ BSc/MSc in EEE

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 9 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the Quality Control functions/activities including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
∎ Assess the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the factories.
∎ Ensure finished products are in compliance with all design specifications and meet all required quality standards.
∎ Collaborate with production teams
∎ Devise, improve, and review new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
∎ Liaise with production team on impact of failed audits, review and follow up on quality issues.
∎ Communicate quality requirements, inspection policies and procedures to new factories to ensure that production will meet company’s requirement.
∎ Arrange evaluation on potential vendors in the areas of compliance.
∎ Collect relevant product technical information to support updates to product manual.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7-9 years of experience in the relevant field
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to build strong relationships with multiple internal and external parties
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
