Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed University.
∎ Graduates in related field or similar are getting advantage.
∎ Skills Required: cutting, Finishing, SEWING, WASHING

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop the quality standard, rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection and testing.
∎ Handling woven & knit both type product quality.
∎ Ensure quality standard as buyer requirements in sewing as well as finishing.
∎ Find out root cause & analysis & cheek daily line wise inspection, hourly inspection, pre-final.
∎ Maintain quality DHU chart and check measurement according to speak.
∎ To develop the sample with required wash along with several position.
∎ To check and monitor all over the quality of a large washing plant.
∎ To implement and sustain the Quality Management System in the washing plant.
∎ Any other task assign by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
