Job Context:
∎ Candidate should have minimum Bachelor Degree
∎ Should have good command on English for smooth Communication with buyer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to lead NQA team in a factory
∎ Must know the COC of Levis
∎ Must be well versed with Levis final inline Pr-final & final inspection Procedure.
∎ Take charge of overall of quality assurance functions of delivering products to Levis and responsible for the quality of the apparels produced.
∎ Find problems in garments and make root cause analysis of defects.
∎ To ensure that quality of garments delivered to Levis are in line with their needs and company's objects.
∎ Handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality.
∎ Audit following areas of garment manufacturing processes: Roaming QA audit, End line Audit, Day final Audit.
∎ Take the responsibility for assuring the lines are following Levis technical specifications AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) and make sure that OQLs (Observed Quality Level) in the line is in line with Levis quality practices.
∎ Provide train and educate to quality & production personnel, maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the Buyer's (Levis) specifications
∎ Highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production and provide instant solution as well
∎ Responsible to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 6 Years' experience on Levi's quality assurance activities
∎ Must Have through knowledge on Levis Quality Assurance Procedure .
∎ Must have experience on Risk Assessments , Inline Audit & AQL Audit.
∎ Must have Experience on Printing Quality Control , washing Process , Size Set Review & pattern Correction and Sewn Process Quality Control system as per Levi's Requirements.
∎ Must have strong communication skill.
∎ Organize & lead training to
∎ Good command in English
∎ Able to issue inspection report and email communication in English
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Robust personality able to work under pressure
∎ Attention to details
∎ Available for travel when necessary
∎ Strong leadership quality to drive self-inspection model
