Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have Woven Bottom experience more than 10 Years.
∎ Analyze and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the prevailing quality control system, tools and techniques
∎ Identify the main causes of defect occurring in product or garments and prescribe the remedial measures
∎ Provide operational instructions /manual & effective guideline for ensuring desired quality of garments
∎ Identify training needs for the quality management or quality control concerned people
∎ Designing required training module and materials on quality concern issues.
∎ Conduct and facilitate training program under the guidance of training managers
∎ Communicate with production department (Cutting, Sewing, Finishing & Wash) to determine their needs and alert them to problems and help develop a best or alternative solution in order to maintain timely job flow or schedule
∎ Install and maintain effective quality management system to ensure product's quality
∎ Ensure highest standard of quality from starting to finishing of the production process
∎ Ensure that the quality management system is in place & working as envisaged
∎ Examine the weaknesses of the existing quality control system and modify to make the system more effective.
∎ Make sure that all staff members of quality department are well conversant and trained on quality assurance and defects usually occurs in the production process
∎ Prepare quality manual including all policies, procedures, methods, techniques and tools to unify the actions
∎ Plan and implement the quality control process inspection in all production units
∎ Install both preventing and remedial measures against occurrence of any defect in products
∎ Conduct frequent quality audit and ensure control over the production & quality section in order to ensure quality of the product
∎ Execute any other task as given by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be stay near to the Factory.
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
∎ Well Behaved and convincing.
∎ Added value for experience in QMS.
∎ Added value for experience in RFT & 5s.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
