∎ Age 35 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain strong working relationship with vendors.
∎ To create, develop, and manage new vendor relationships.
∎ Responsible for Procurement of raw materials, packing materials & Herbs material from Local markets.
∎ Review purchasing agreement with vendors & maintain open lines of communications with those vendors.
∎ To check current stock position in the store, prepare budget, negotiation with suppliers for prices, prepare CS for quotations.
∎ Follow up prices, specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential suppliers.
∎ Accountable for sourcing suppliers, conduct negotiations, arrange to purchase quality materials of the said items in a competitive price, and follow up on purchase orders from time to time.
∎ Process bills of the suppliers against the purchased order. Conform vendor’s payable balance from time to time.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
