Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Management (MBM) in Hospitality Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Protocol management (Immigration support, spot visa management, VIP airport Reception)
∎ Foreign Employee Management (Work Permit, Security Clearance, Ministerial Support)
∎ Visa and Travel Management (Arranging Visa like; VOA, Air Ticketing, Travel Insurance, Hotel Booking)
∎ Should be efficient in maintaining contacts with local police stations, law enforcement agencies, fire brigades, hospitals and other necessary utility service providers.
∎ Ensure the faster processing of Passport and VISA for the management.
∎ Should have experience to work with BIDA and SB for foreigner visa purpose.
∎ Handling of Expatriates & foreign guests, arrangement of their transportation, accommodation / hotels, Visa extension, Work Permit processing etc.
∎ Coordinates protocol function of the authority and undertakes protocol duties for senior management during their departure & arrival to and from abroad.
∎ Develop strong liaison with Embassies of the countries frequently visited by the management.
∎ Draft speeches, messages for the management.
∎ Maintain effective working relationships with local and Municipal/ Government officials and law enforcing agencies.
∎ Other task assigned by Management.
∎ Must have good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Expertise in different social networks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 52 years

∎ Must be a confident communicator and presenter.
∎ Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
∎ Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
∎ Possess the ability to keep information confidential.

∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
