Educational Requirements:
∎ Should have Bachelor Degree in Food Engineering / B.Sc in Electrical or Machinical Engineering from a reputed University/Institute.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee overall factory management such as: production, quality, people management, security control.
∎ Develop overall production with quality control management.
∎ Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
∎ Planning for periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items each section.
∎ Effectively interact with merchandising, compliance, technical, development, maintain quality food production; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Monitored Production/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
∎ Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling
∎ Production planning & machine maintenance and also proper utilized MMR.
∎ Doing In-line inspection to check the quality.
∎ Sampling and analysis of raw material and packaging material including documentation.
∎ Ultimately ensure final product quality and Time to time other duties assigned by management.
