∎ B. Sc Engineering Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To innovate, improvise, formulate and implement new concepts, techniques, methods and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in production and operation management to achieve better quality and productivity.
∎ To formulate, implement and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production plans of the factory in coordination with relevant departments of the head office (Uttara)
∎ To ensure smooth production and operations management in the factory to meet product delivery/shipment deadlines with quality products.
∎ To ensure and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards and fully responsible for the overall department performance on Safety, Machine Down Time, Operational Ratio, Wastage, Yield, Productivity, Cost and Quality.
∎ To ensure total quality management (TQM) in production and operations process to meet the requirements of top management, buyers and external auditors.
∎ Implement operations tools and improvements as required by situation
∎ To ensure overall safety and security of men, materials and premises of the factory.
∎ To organize and manage the visits and inspections of top management, existing and potential buyers, government inspectors and regulators, bank officials, other important local and foreign stakeholders, etc. to the factory.
∎ To maintain liaison and coordination with local police, industrial police, government agencies and other parties in relation to smooth factory operations management.
∎ To manage urgent and critical situation on processing multiple orders at the same time.
∎ To ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of production wastage
∎ To review quality control reports. To solve customer complaints regarding quality of production.
∎ To plan all resources for quality product.
∎ To ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in fan factory is preferred.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
