Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in any Discipline (Engineering Preferred)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and maintain production schedule, reports, and analysis.
∎ Review the production process, raw material management, and waste control.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through training.
∎ Keep data on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the production process.
∎ Maintain housekeeping, floor, and machinery cleaning plans.
∎ Sustain and improve overall quality management of the organization.
∎ Responsible for supporting quality management policies and procedures as per ISO standard
∎ Ensure adherence to corporate mandates/directives, suggesting and gaining approval of standard operating procedures (SOPs), implementation of SOPs & service-level agreements (SLAs), safety, environmental, and OSHA compliance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 5+ years of industrial experience in a similar role (Printing Sector preferred)
∎ Advanced understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
∎ Proficient in MS Office and SAP
∎ Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

Salary: Negotiable
