To review factory performance by monitoring efficiency levels of all modules whilst, identifying training and development needs of employees in order to fulfil current and future organizational requirements.
Oversee the operations of the plant and ensure the agreed production quantities are delivered whilst conforming to the required quality standards in order to meet customer delivery dates and expectations.
Review plant performance, identify issues and take corrective actions in order to achieve following targets that will serve to meet the objectives set by the organization.

· Customer Deliver.
Plan monthly delivery schedule by customer requirement (to achieve 100% DIFOT – delivery on time in full) in order to ensure a smooth flow of production.
Monitor & manage the sewing production process to ensure the production process is carried out as per delivery schedule and approved budget.
Investigate /review by communicating with relevant departments any abnormalities in the production process using PDCA to eliminate the root cause in order to complete an entire style in a timely manner.
Ensure pre-preparation of details pertaining to style changeovers and analyse the styles that are to be planned and the feasibility of the same, so as to ascertain the achievement of the first 3 days efficiency ladder that is vital to achieve the planned overall efficiency and timely output for the given style.
Liaise with HR department to perform the following duties in order to ensure satisfaction of reporting employees through people management activities.
· Identify training needs of reporting employees and optimize their performance and capabilities.
· Develop positive employee relations through counselling
· Establish sound industrial relations within the production teams
· Engage with performance evaluation activities.
To maintain good relations with the employees and handle employee grievances in order to create a harmonious work environment.
