∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Production Management (Sewing)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Sewing)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound Knowledge about Garments breakdown & modern lay out system.
∎ Responsible for strong floor management.
∎ Responsible for entire production matters of knit garments, particularly specialize in Sportswear & Swimwear.
∎ Develop the sewing standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Follow up ensure and production from fabric/accessories, sewing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Understanding fully the RMG production System for knit fabric & Garments.
∎ Ensure quality product and quality level.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎ Will be responsible for several Quality matters form sewing to shipment of goods.
∎ Should have to develop the statistical data for the expectation level of finish products and assure its quality.
∎ Follow up the running order's sewing related continues activities and give the guideline to the subordinates.
∎ Should have to develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
∎ Coordination with Merchandising, Planning, IE and give them proper support in all sewing related matter.
∎ Follow up and maintain all Sewing related reports.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

∎ Age at least 38 years

∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
∎ Must have good presence and leadership ability.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic, innovative, strategic thinker and capable to work under pressure
