Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counsel the absentee workers to reduce absenteeism
∎ Counseling skill, ill-disciplined issues of workers.
∎ Compliance affairs for a garments (Knit/woven) factory.
∎ Process/collect grievance of workers & confer with management to resolve worker problems, complaints or grievances.
∎ Conduct the awareness program and PA system for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety; first aid.
∎ Check the workplace cleanliness all the time to ensure the hygienic atmosphere.
∎ Keeping official record on welfare management.
∎ Grievance Handling procedure & counseling of workers.
∎ Arrange counseling program regarding health and safety issues;
∎ Organize seminars on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out;
∎ Facts findings of investigation report.
∎ Maintaining awareness of and compliance with Company, state and labor laws.
∎ Employee motivation and morale-building activities. Collect grievance of workers & bring it to knowledge of Management.
∎ Take care of workers, special care of pregnant worker & child care room.
∎ Conduct awareness program among employees to ensure all rules & regulations, policies & procedures, disciplines and compliance related issues;
∎ Conduct awareness program regarding employee welfare related issues;
∎ Counsel employees on their grievances and maintain grievance handling procedure
∎ Form committee (Canteen, OHS, EHS, PC), make notice, arrange meeting, prepare meeting minutes and documentation.
∎ Assist to fire evacuation drill accordingly.
∎ Counsel workers to ensure health & safety related issues and motivate them to maintain hygiene in the workplace.
∎ Find out all Noncompliance issues & take necessary step to solve them.
