∎ Minimum B.Sc (Footwear Engineering & Technology) is preferable

∎ Graduation from any discipline with required practical experience
∎ Training/Trade Course: Footwear production

∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Context:
∎ Factory based job.
∎ Factory location at Ashulia, Savar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review & develop process, policy and strategy of production system of synthetic shoes..
∎ Responsible for total production operation with efficient planning and on time delivery.
∎ Experience in Cutting, sewing, assembling and finishing of Synthetic shoes.
∎ Good knowledge in production layout plan, production planning, manpower planning, etc.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in technical points and trouble shooting of sport shoes.
∎ Experience in admin and compliance.
∎ Ensure quality of shoes at the supplier end through SOP.
∎ Have to submit day to day various production report to the management.
∎ Responsible for prepare & submit necessary reports required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Computer literacy is a must. Good knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
∎ Honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary package will be offered for suitable candidates.Salary will be increased after successful completion of 6 months probation period.
