∎ beverage production operations.
∎ Job Overview:
∎ The Manager, Production (Food & Beverage) will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the
∎ production processes of our food and beverage products. The role involves managing daily operations,
∎ ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, optimizing production efficiency, and leading a
∎ team of production staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food processing, with a
∎ focus on efficiency, quality control, and team management.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ -Production Management:
∎ - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage production units.
∎ - Develop and implement production schedules to meet company targets.
∎ - Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ - Ensure optimal use of resources, including raw materials, machinery, and manpower.
∎ -Quality Control:
∎ - Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards, adhering to food safety regulations and
∎ company policies.
∎ - Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to implement and monitor quality control measures.
∎ - Address any quality issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
∎ Process Improvement:
∎ - Identify areas for improvement within the production process and implement strategies to enhance
∎ productivity.
∎ - Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing costs, improving product quality, and
∎ increasing efficiency.
∎ - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep production processes
∎ competitive.
∎ Team Leadership:
∎ - Lead, train, and mentor a team of production supervisors, operators, and staff.
∎ - Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
∎ - Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for employee
∎ development.
∎ Compliance & Safety:
∎ - Ensure all production activities comply with industry regulations, including food safety and
∎ environmental standards.
∎ - Implement and maintain health and safety protocols within the production units.
∎ - Coordinate with regulatory bodies for audits and inspections, ensuring compliance at all times.
∎ Reporting & Documentation:
∎ - Prepare and present production reports to senior management, including performance metrics,
∎ production costs, and improvement plans.
∎ - Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory management, equipment
∎ maintenance, and quality control logs.

∎ Qualifications & Requirements:
∎ - Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field. A Master’s
∎ degree is preferred.
∎ - Minimum 7-10 years of experience in food and beverage production management, with a proven track
∎ record of success.
∎ - In-depth knowledge of food processing, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
∎ - Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
∎ - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
∎ - Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
