We are looking for a proactive and technically capable professional to support cattle insurance operations under the Impact Business team. This role will focus on managing operational activities, driving technology integration, and collaborating with development partners to ensure effective implementation of livestock insurance solutions. The position also requires flexibility to contribute to broader impact insurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cattle insurance operations under the Impact Business team.

  • Oversee technology integration and implementation for livestock insurance solutions.

  • Coordinate with development agencies, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and support system deployment.

  • Support product development and process improvement based on field insights.

  • Monitor performance, ensure compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.

  • Provide support across impact insurance operations as required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in microinsurance or livestock/cattle insurance is an advantage.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, field-oriented environment.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
