• Diploma in Fisheries
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Conduct regular field visits to provide farmers with technical guidance on aquaculture health management.

• Promote and ensure the proper application of company products through on-site demonstrations and farmer meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, farmers, and stakeholders to drive sustainable market growth.

• Collect and analyze market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning.

• Achieve monthly sales while ensuring full compliance with company policies.

• Organize and actively participate in trainings, workshops, and promotional events arranged by the company.

• Prepare and submit timely, accurate technical and field reports to management to support effective decision-making.

• Work closely with marketing and technical teams to achieve overall organizational objectives.

  Additional requirements:

• Age below 35 years.

• Only Male.

• Must be skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, experienced in accounting software operating & other related to accounts and social communication media.

• Good Communication Skills in both Standard Bangla & English To have a positive attitude towards continued learning & development.

• Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
