Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the Production activities in the factory.
∎ Ensure the standard of quality production.
∎ Take all necessary measures related to quality.
∎ In performing their duties, food production managers direct and supervise the activities of food production staff.
∎ They set and implement standards, procedures, and processes for the manufacture of high quality food products.
∎ Production managers in fulfilling their role, inspect food production equipment to ensure they are operational and in good working order for food processing.
∎ They ensure compliance with all internal and external food production regulations and legislation.
∎ Responsible for labor/workers/security guard recruitment through internal & external source, security handling of the projects.
∎ Supervise, monitor and follow up attendance of personnel of the factory on daily basis.
∎ Handle the disciplinary issues of the workers/officers in consultation with factory management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years experienced in Production & R & D of bakeries & snacks.
∎ Should be computer literate and must possess good inter personal communication skills.
∎ Ability to effectively and successfully communicate both verbally and in written.
