Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Hold a degree in Food Science & technology/Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)/Mechanical Engineer. MBA is added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): agro based farm, food safety management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with the planning team to ascertain viability of the production plans.
∎ Monitor and ensure timely conduct of the daily production meeting and discuss/follow-up provide advice on issues.
∎ Review/investigate the production operations, identify the failures and implement the corrective actions to the production process to minimize the variations.
∎ Ensure achievement of agreed production targets. Manage the entire production planning to meet monthly, yearly sales and marketing rolling forecasts.
∎ Contribute to the improvement of the production process through continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Analyze training/competency needs for special operations/attachments requirements and take action to fulfil those requirements.
∎ Oversee the production related operations and ensure production quantities are delivered as per the agreed style/color/size with in the production plan/order.
∎ Continuously improve efficiency and productivity levels to ensure zero customer claims & 100 % achievement of order/delivery ratio.
∎ Guide the team in solving the current issues and concern related to the RM flow/production before participating to the planning meetings.
∎ Review factory performance. Identifying the issues pertaining to the quality, absenteeism skill levels etc.
∎ Ensure availability of balanced team to ensure current and future business needs.
∎ Establish the good industrial relations within production and effectively handle grievances/ disputes in consultation with the HR department.
∎ Contribute to the organizational strategy by developing and implementing organizational plans together with head of departments.
∎ Ensure compliance on all related food safety and quality standards across the value chain i.e. production, storage and transfer and implementing new food safety/sustainability initiatives in the manufacturing system. Sound knowledge with HACCP is essential.
∎ Utilize data science, insight and team approach to implement best practices to drive performance and organizational improvement and operational excellence in all manufacturing, distribution and business development functions in the value chain.
∎ Develop strong leadership in every section to ensure section wise productivity and quality assurance accountability in line with company's objectives.
∎ Follow-up, monitor and coordinate all section's performance in alignment with company objectives.
∎ Plan and conduct relevant training and education to continually improve human capital of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ FUNCTIONAL SKILL SET:
∎ Experience of managing medium to large scale production facility, preferably in meat or perishable food industry
∎ Experience of working in strict HCCAP compliance factory with exposure of ISO certification audit.
∎ Strong ability to track and manage production performance against KPIs.
∎ Familiar of industrial equipment's, basic technicality and maintenance best practice
∎ Familiar of Cool chain, basic technicality and maintenance best practices
∎ Familiar of ETP, Bi-product management science
∎ Animal husbandry and meat science is added advantage.
∎ MANAGERIAL SKILL SET:
∎ Strong leadership skills to manage the entire team of the factory.
∎ Strategic thinking with sound business acumen
∎ Solid decision making and problem solving skills.

∎ Have to be conversant in English, since the candidate have to work with foreign experts.
∎ Adaptability to work longer hours, when required
