Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise production during shift and fulfill target with quantity.
∎ Ensure material receiving for production and finished goods delivery as per given weekly plan.
∎ Ensure P&L of the department.
∎ Manage and control the plant by ensuring quality production as well as maintaining harmonious relationship with workforce and union.
∎ Plan, organize and carryout manufacturing operation in the plant along with the ABU department and coordinate these activities with other relevant departments such as Engineering workshop, CDC, Merchandising, Accounts, Costing & Efficiency, PD, Sales channel and HR.
∎ Achieve optimum productivity and efficiency in use of man, machine, equipment, materials and other physical assets available and ensure production of quality product according to requirement from marketing department.
∎ Develop, implement and manage sustainable strategy for the Associates factories as per the company requirement.
∎ Create & maintain relationship between Bata and Associates at highest level of trust and integrity.
