∎ Especially in Sulzer loom operation, Rapier loom operation, and Narrow loom operation
∎ Applicants must have experience in the following business areas-

∎ Especially in Sulzer loom operation, Rapier loom operation, and Narrow loom operation
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing all planning related activities for the entire plant.
∎ Scrutinizing sales orders and planned input requirements (fabric, lamination, liners, etc.) in alignment with production specifications.
∎ Identify delays and adjust schedules accordingly to meet deadlines.
∎ Conduct daily meetings with loom production / bag production / QC team to keep track of production schedules.
∎ Ensure that Inventory (fabric rolls / Finished Goods) are maintaining company standard.
∎ Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to Sr. Authorities.
∎ Day to day loom planning.
∎ Balancing of looms as per plant capacity & convey to marketing & Sr. Management for shortfall.
∎ Forecast & projection of production & loom production & communicate to marketing well in advance.
∎ Conducting end-of-shift, as well as performing maintenance on looms as documented.
∎ Capability to plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery deadlines.
∎ Take necessary measures to resolve floor control and compliance-related issues.
∎ Coordination and supervision with various departments including mechanical, quality control, finishing, and stores.
