Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement annual and monthly business plan of the company.
∎ Conduct Market analysis and identify growth trend of existing and new molecules, Prepare new product launching proposal and also follow up the launching activities according to the launching plan.
∎ Defining product positioning, target market and pricing strategies.
∎ Prepare annual marketing budget and administrate budget as per company’s strategic plan.
∎ Design creative promotional campaign and create demand to meet the sales target of the existing and new products of the company.
∎ Develop marketing materials and promotional tools for sales team and healthcare professionals.
∎ Facilitate and conduct training sales for the sales force.
∎ Build up team of product executive and enhance knowledge of the team members through providing guidance and coaching time to time.
∎ Collaborating with regulatory, supply chain teams and maintaining strong relationship with Doctors society.
