Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Footwear Engineering or Fashion Designing or MA in Fine Arts
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Related Professional Course, Training or Diploma will be getting preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Must have Knowledge on Shoe master Software, CAD software Pattern Grading software.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Minimum 05 years experience in leather and Sports Footwear, Product Development
Job Context:
∎ We are inviting application from young, energetic and professional Product Development (PD) manager who has good product knowledge, material sourcing and production knowledge especially in leather footwear.
∎ Support, coordinate and team player with production, Planning & operational functions of the Company.
∎ The position is report to Head of Business & Operation.
∎ This position is responsible for managing, coordinating and supporting overall product development of the Company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must be enthusiasm and self-motived product developer who can manage the customer independently in term of sample confirmation, pattern correction and other technical issues.
∎ Report to the business Head.
∎ Manage the PD department independently and lead the PD team.
∎ Vast knowledge on leather and leather properties, other materials and accessories.
∎ Clear idea about production machinery, its capacity and production.
∎ Make proper consumption Sheet, Swatch Board and commercialization process of any new article.
∎ Must have knowledge about international fashion tread, new innovative material, new process of footwear sector.
∎ Should have knowledge on Shoe master, Crisprine and pattern grading software.
∎ Willing to travel outside of the country for company purpose.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Pattern cutting and grading.
∎ Material Sourcing
∎ Sound knowledge on costing and post production consumption.
∎ Provide solutions to every product related problem.
Salary:
∎ Salary won`t be constraint for deserving candidate. People who don`t have 6-digit salary, no need to apply.
