Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to collect/ source of the foreign buyer.
∎ To have a vast knowledge about pricing.
∎ Overseeing full of factory.
∎ Acknowledgment of the order quantity in advance for making the production plan and to liaise with the Management and to give necessary directives to the Production Manager of the unit regarding the production plan.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with inventory & Material Control team for order planning.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment/delivery target.
∎ Follow up floors for effectively planning implementation.
∎ Should have an excellent Production Management capability.
∎ Building relationship with inventory department & production people for smooth operation.
∎ Coordinate daily production meeting in accordance with other relevant department.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ To have knowledge for facing different audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, COC Standard, social/ ethical/ environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit
∎ Ensure 100% plan achievement.
∎ Report to the authority in details for time to time.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Gazipur based applicant preferable.
∎ Computer literacy is must, Sound in MS-Office applications, Email & Internet.
∎ Good communication and report writing and speaking skill in English
∎ Ability to take a proactive approach to overcome challenges and achieve results.
∎ Must be dynamic, Hard-working, Versatile and people orientated.
∎ Well understanding about the Industrial production specially Footwear.

Salary: Negotiable
