Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish season wise research objectives and seed performance report based on actual filed level data.
∎ Able to prepare monthly R&D budget
∎ Attend meeting with seed suppliers regarding crop improvement as per market requirement
∎ Product performance analysis (strength-weakness) along with comparative advantage
∎ Participate field day training as well as staff capacity buildup program.
∎ Analyze seed/vegetable market trend to obtain competitive advantage.
∎ Responsible in crop management of all trials and breeding nurseries.
∎ Set up multiplication trial of promising hybrids along with market leading varieties for a specific areas/seasons in different locations of Banglade

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in research and development wing of seed Industry
∎ Thorough knowledge of modern technology in the plant breeding using biotechnology
∎ Have sound knowledge on vegetable production related disease, insects and pest's management.
∎ Preference will be given to those candidates who has written related research paper.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Proficiency in computer literacy and sound analytical ability of email correspondence with principal company.
