Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase IT Enterprise Solutions of HPE Solutions Architecture.
∎ Comprehensive and customized Project Planning for HPE Solutions (Server, Storage, Backup and Networking) that address specific customer needs.
∎ Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on maximizing the value of our enterprise solutions.
∎ Act and responsible for the IT Architectural design (HLD, LLD)
∎ Creating Technical Documentation / Technical Write-Up and Solution Presentation.
∎ Participate in customer meetings alongside the sales team to better comprehend their business challenges and objectives.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities on various solutions of our offerings with client.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
∎ Understand the client's business objectives and pain points to align solutions that best meet their needs.
∎ Lead and manage a team of pre-sales professionals, providing guidance, mentoring and fostering a collaborative work environment.
∎ Set performance goals for the team and individual team members and monitor progress towards achieving these targets.
∎ Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's technical knowledge and sales skills.
∎ Address client inquiries and concerns, providing comprehensive and accurate technical responses.
∎ Assist the sales team in negotiating contracts and pricing, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the enterprise solutions space.
∎ Strong Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
∎ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
∎ Solid knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and customer behavior in the IT industry.
∎ Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably leading a team of pre-sales professionals.
∎ Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and industry events.
∎ Good verbal communication skills in Bengali and English.
