Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical , Mechanical,Chemical engineering from a public or UGC approved reputed private university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying technical obstacles to productivity,
∎ Performing research and analysis on production enhancement scopes,
∎ Monitoring and taking necessary actions regarding various process parameters,
∎ Performing raw material forecasting on monthly and yearly basis,
∎ Always keeping coordination with QC lab regarding finished product quality and raw material quality,
∎ Identifying scopes of process improvement to minimize raw material consumption, production cost, utilities consumption etc.
∎ Arrange necessary trainings for subordinates regarding standard operating procedure, process safety and others,
∎ Must give topmost priority for training and educating process officers and operators regarding process safety, process hazard, environmental issues,
∎ Must ensure that proper SOP and housekeeping is maintained from raw material to finished product,
∎ Develop procedures to reduce and avoid unwanted process breakdowns or production loss,
∎ Arrange and ensure schedule maintenance of equipments to avoid unwanted breakdown of equipments
∎ And any other task given by management etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Candidates will get preferences Industrial production engineering from public or private university.

Salary: Negotiable
