Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from reputed Public / Private University with very good academic result.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes
∎ Design and plan the layout of equipment
∎ Do tests and monitor performance of processes throughout production
∎ Estimate production costs for management
∎ Develop processes to separate components of liquids or gases or to generate electrical currents using controlled chemical processes.
∎ Manage all day to day operational activities of the respective concern.
∎ Plan and schedule new product, machine & mold, accessories for in time operation.
∎ Be updated with the latest information on different technologies to make the entire operation process up to date.
∎ Plan and work for production and process re-engineering to update the product and quality as well as minimize the cost accordingly.
∎ Planning, coordinating and monitoring the work of employees involved in production, warehousing and distribution of goods.
∎ Ensuring utilization of factory capacity considering product mix, analyze optimum vs actual production, raw material availability to meet the marketing demands in time, and report to the management accordingly.
∎ Performing such other duties and responsibilities whenever assigned by Superior authority time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with good understanding of emotional intelligence.
∎ Team player with leadership qualities.
∎ Advanced level PC skills particularly in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
∎ Good command in both English and Bengali.
∎ Responsible for multi-tasking, cross functional activities.
∎ Young, energetic, hard working persons with can do attitude and willing to take any challenge are encouraged to apply.
