Cad Pattern Master
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare/modify/update pattern and sample as per the requirement of buyer and communicate to the concern person timely
∎ Ensure timely delivery of pattern and sample
∎ Ensure Pattern Correction according to Sample Fit
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers and provide to cutting department
∎ Mark samples and finished patterns with information such as buyer name, style, size and sewing instruction
∎ Create master patterns for each size using measurement charts & its customization, marker making & grading
∎ Make the basic sizes pattern by using Auto CAD Software
∎ Ensure the fabric consumption similarities between booking and cutting
∎ Ensure the measurement & position of print, embroidery and heat transfer
∎ Initiate and maintain contact with clients for clarification, coordination and negotiation of critical issues
∎ Plan, organize and manage work plans of PCS team
∎ Prepare and update garments specs, work out consumptions based on buyer's tech packs
∎ Provide guidance and direction to PCS team to ensure operational and technical excellence
∎ Evaluate team members for their technical skills, performance and productivity
∎ Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization
∎ Perform any other task given by the superiors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Thorough Knowledge on fabrics consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabrics construction, fabrics quality, tests & washes, seam strength & shrinkage performance etc
∎ Good computer skill
