Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AD Star, Bag Manufactur, Cement Bag, Poly Fiber, PP Woven Factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Packaging Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to prepare yearly total business Budget & business planning
∎ Able to analyze business trend & market overview
∎ Able to prepare monthly & yearly sales planning
∎ Able to identify new customer & retain existing orders.
∎ Regular corporate client Visit & Market Complain Case Study
∎ Able to prepare product Costing and Pricing
∎ Vast Knowledge regarding Woven Bag industry & as well as practical communication with sales & marketing.
∎ Communication with supplier & buyer to maintain relationship.
∎ Prepare Training schedule as per operational need of sales & production team
∎ Engage in overall Procurement planning (Raw Material, Production, Delivery, and Finished Goods)
∎ Able to understand Business Income statement analysis
∎ Ability to understand Overall PO rate analysis
∎ Able to maintain Intercompany relationship regarding various facilities management.
∎ Ability of real time Warehouse management
∎ Able to deal with Import & Export LC's of running product.
∎ Ability to minimize wastage & ability to practical production costing.
∎ Push quality team to enhance quality
∎ Push production team to achieve monthly production.
∎ Closely work with Supply chain, Production, Maintenance, F & A, HRD & Sales team to achieve company's goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
