∎ Masters/MBA from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will lead the operation of company owned brand outlets
∎ Look after daily store operations, cleanliness issues, Hygiene & comfort issues, Safety & security issues etc.
∎ Monthly TGT Achievement
∎ Prepare monthly outlets ROI report for management.
∎ ROI analysis & feasibility study before opening a new showroom.
∎ Preparing daily stock allocation based on product availability.
∎ Reshuffling product by calculating DOS (Days of Stock) & product norms.
∎ Selecting, leading, managing, training & developing Showroom managers/In-charge/Executive/RSA
∎ Prepare monthly KPI Proposal for showroom managers.
∎ Regular communicate with all of the showroom managers/In-charges.
∎ Responsible for new showroom opening.
∎ Managing daily operational expenses of showrooms.
∎ Ensuring all sales posting in software.
∎ Providing all necessary supports to Internal Audit Team.
∎ Provide Daily & MTD sales report to management.
∎ Daily communication with Banks regarding EMI.
∎ Analysis monthly expenses of showroom based on monthly budget with coordination of finance.
∎ Preparing weekly meeting agendas and follow up the implementations & progress.
∎ Recommending leave, termination & resignation of showroom managers based on situation.
∎ Quarterly/Half yearly/Yearly evaluation of man powers of showrooms.
∎ Handle respective land owners
∎ Special tasks assign by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-7 years working experience as a Managerial post
∎ Experience in Mobile Sector will give preference
∎ Must Be Able to Lead a Large Team
∎ Good knowledge of MS office package. Especially on spread sheet.
Salary: Negotiable
