Responsibility:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Manage staff scheduling, training and performance.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service.
• Monitor inventory, ordering and cost control.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to optimize workflow.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company policy.
• Oversee inventory updates, manage stock levels and execute timely purchases within budget.
• Operate and monitor POS system for accurate billing, sales tracking, and reporting.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide feedback to management.
• Prepare daily sales reports and assist in cost control.
• Any other relevant assignment.
