Responsibilities & Context:

Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee the end-to-end production process ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Develop and execute daily/weekly/monthly production plans in coordination with relevant departments.

  • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

  • Ensure internal calibration, validation, and verification of equipment and machinery

People Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop factory staff to build a strong, motivated, and high-performing team.

  • Set KPIs and evaluate employee performance regularly.

  • Ensure compliance with HR and labor regulations inside the factory premises.

  • Performing product costs to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.

Quality & Compliance:

  • Preparing & Implementing BSTI/HACCP/FSMS/HALA related all types of documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Communicating with BCSIR and regular testing of the Water/Finished Goods as per the standard.

  • Enforce safety, health, and environmental guidelines strictly.

  • Handling and taking necessary actions for the regulatory license of factory.

  • Promoting and maintaining FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, HALAL & GMP guidelines throughout the overall production process.

  • Preparing & Implementing HACCP plan, CCP plan for the products.

  • Liaison with BSTI, BFSA, City Corporations, DoE, DNCRP, etc. when required.

Cost & Efficiency:

  • Monitor and control operational costs to achieve budget targets.

  • Initiate cost-saving measures and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes.
