Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context: We’re looking for an agile, and highly professional for Offset & Digital Press Section in Production Department.
∎ Core Job Functions:
∎ Lead and supervise a team of offset and digital press operators.
∎ Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
∎ Monitor and control print quality through regular inspections and adjustments.
∎ Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate production forecasts.
∎ Optimize the utilization of machinery, equipment, and manpower to achieve production efficiency.
∎ Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and consumables.
∎ Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of production staff, including machine operators and technicians.
∎ Enforce and promote a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the production workflow.
∎ Implement and monitor best practices to enhance overall operational efficiency.
