- Manage and supervise daily operations of the makeover and boutique jewelry shop.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and communication.
- Oversee staff performance and maintain discipline within the team.
- Handle client appointments, product displays, and daily sales records.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Report directly to the owner or senior management regarding performance and updates.
