• In-depth understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, VPNs, NAT, QoS, and Layer 2/3 switching.

• Proficiency in network monitoring, diagnostics, and automation tools.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to document technical processes.

Job Summary

• To lead, design, manage, and optimize the entire network infrastructure of Akij Blue Pill Ltd. This includes corporate LAN/WAN, data center connectivity, customer premises deployments, cloud integrations, and network security. The role also involves vendor coordination, project management, and ensuring high availability and security of all network systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and redundant LAN/WAN/SD-WAN networks.

• Maintain documentation for network topology, IP schema, and configuration backups.

• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and business needs.

• Oversee network operations across corporate HQ, branches, data centers, and client projects.

• Manage uptime, throughput, and performance monitoring using tools like Zabbix, PRTG, or SolarWinds.

• Troubleshoot escalated network outages or latency issues efficiently.

• Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, ACLs, and intrusion prevention systems FortiGate, Cisco ASA, etc.

• Ensure compliance with company’s data security, BTRC, and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and enforce patch management policies.

• Lead client-side and internal networking projects, including structured cabling, Wi-Fi coverage, and remote access setups.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and integrators for timely execution.

• Lead a team of network engineers and support personnel.

• Evaluate and onboard vendors for network hardware and software procurement and services.

• Review SLAs, performance, and renewal of networking solutions or licenses.
