Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for elastic production.
∎ Planning and organizing production schedules.
∎ Responsible for proper utilization of workers.
∎ Estimate costs and prepare budgets for production related.
∎ Ensure output meets quality standards & monitor production to resolve issues.
∎ Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
∎ Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
∎ Supervise for Packing and on the Delivery.
∎ Coordinate with Marketing, PDD, PPC, foreign technical team, QA and IE.
∎ Responsible for raw material use and wastage control.
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
∎ Supervising and managing the work of junior staff.
∎ Organizing relevant training sessions for workers.
∎ Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly production report to Superior.
