Responsibilities & Context:
∎ •To ensure a strong presence, visibility & dominance of company products.
∎ •Enhancing showroom operational activities, and customer convincing skill development of sales executives.
∎ •Performing showroom-level support functions including customer service scheduling day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back-office support.
∎ •Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the region.
∎ •Developing the showroom operations that cover increasing cost-effective sales and minimizing expenses.
∎ •The showroom manager responsible for the profitability of the plaza (St.).
∎ •To prepare own sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ •Create sub-dealers for plaza (St.) to increase the sales volume.
∎ • To operate customized software for maintaining plaza (St.) operation.
∎ •Maintaining all documents & records correctly and daily.
∎ •Manage crisis Situations.
∎ • Optimizing workforce for service excellence.
