Job Context:
∎ The Society for Health Extension and Development (SHED) a national NGO working in Cox`s Bazar and Noakhali districts, is inviting applications from Bangladeshi suitable candidate(s) for its central management. SHED is looking for a qualified candidate who match the following criteria mentioned in this circular.
∎ The Manager-Monitoring and Documentation is responsible for the overall monitoring, evaluation, and documentation, and follow-up of the whole functions of the organization project in the FDMN camps and host community, under the direct supervision of the Executive Director.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and maintain an information management system to facilitate humanitarian information exchange and the promotion of data and information standards
∎ Conduct study on SBCC to measure project quality and identify problems to work on it
∎ Design, develop and manage databases, spreadsheets, and other data tools; understand, document, and ensure the quality of high-value humanitarian data for accuracy, consistency, and comparability
∎ Organize, design, and carry out the evaluation and analysis of location-specific datasets through meaningful statistical techniques
∎ Provide advice on assessment design to ensure data quality; manage platforms and tools that support data collection and analysis such as Kobo Toolbox and Open Data Kit (ODK).
∎ Arrange monitoring visits, focus group discussions, participatory assessments, key informant interviews, etc. for information collection.
∎ Provide training and assistance to develop staff skills in participatory and qualitative design, monitoring, and research approaches, to implement realistic monitoring plans that capture quantitative and qualitative data.
∎ Produce quality narrative reports using field data and their analysis.
∎ Achieve all documents and evidence in electronic and where necessary printed medium.
∎ Coordinate with field staff to collect necessary data and information ensuring quality within the deadline.
∎ Support Project Manager by providing progress indication with data analysis
∎ Support strategy design and development of CWC activities.
∎ Contribute to proposal development and fund-raising activities for future funding
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among the team and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
∎ Need basis assignment provided by supervisor or senior management

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 (five) years of practical experience in an NGO/INGO at the same or similar positions.02 (two) year of experience must be in Rohingya Response.
∎ Research, and reporting writing.
∎ Good communication skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ Knowledge on local dialects (Cox's Bazar region/ Rohingya dialect) is an asset.
∎ Computer Skills along with Bengali Typing.
Salary: Tk. 88000 (Monthly)
