Educational Requirements:
∎ A Master's degree in Economics, Development Studies, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Roles and Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the MRM system and ensure quality monitoring of implementation activities.
∎ Take a leading role in impact aggregation, assessing the log frame targets and qualitive assessment on the necessary log-frame indicators.
∎ Capacity building of the project's implementers, implementing partners and anchoring partner on MRM systems, standards, tools, and methodologies as part of project's exit strategy.
∎ Lead adaptive project management, data analysis and consolidation.
∎ Contribute to prepare project's progress reports (biannually) and Yearly Plan of Operations (YPO).
∎ Assist in the upgradation and maintenance of the project's MIS.
∎ Facilitate the knowledge management capitalizing the best practices, innovative approaches, success stories and challenges of the project.
∎ Facilitate learning and knowledge sharing to wider audience and support to update strategy development and implementation.
∎ Actively support Team Leader and Senior Manager, Innovation, Knowledge Management and MRM to develop and implement strategy and framework for MRM and knowledge management.
∎ Supervise and mentor MRM Consultant and other team members directly report to this position.
∎ Perform any other duty in line with the roles and responsibilities provided, as/when assigned by the Team Leader and Senior Manager, Innovation, Knowledge Management and MRM.

∎ Minimum 5 years of progressive professional experience in similar role(s).
