Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily hostel operations and ensure smooth functioning
Manage admissions, room allocation, and check-in/check-out processes
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software. Good typing speed and accuracy
Maintain records of residents, payments, and inventory
Ensure staff follow hostel rules and service standards
Manage food supplies and vendor coordination
Handle complaints, conflicts, and emergencies
Manage hostel budget and expenses
Collect fees and ensure timely payments
Ensure hostel operates according to institutional or legal guidelines
Organize events or activities to enhance community life
