Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience in the field of large scale data management (experience in food security and nutrition project is an advantage), mobile/web based client server protocol, of which 3 years in management position
∎ S/he is expected to have advanced knowledge on RDBMS tools and common techniques preferably on latest SQL Server 2005 or above
∎ S/he should be highly conversant in integrating information requirements with validation rules in the MIS for data quality assurance and also be conversant to integrate GIS in MIS to assist in spatial analysis and produce GIS outputs (maps etc.).
∎ Demonstrated capacity on developing mobile/web applications using ASP.Net, CSS, Ajax, Java Script, ArcGIS etc.
∎ Experience on working with mobile devices and windows based mobile applications
∎ Data analysis skills using SPSS/STATA & Excel, sufficient skills on software installation (SQL Server and .Net Framework etc.)
